Sarah’s obsessed with the design planning process, empathy, and divergent ideation and driven by a desire to make things better. As a designer, she loves connecting her eye as an artist with her problem-solving skills.
Sarah graduated from Herron School of Art & Design with a degree in visual communications. She was the 2010 recipient of Indiana University’s Adam W. Herbert (no relation) Presidential Scholarship for Indiana students with “exceptional abilities” and “potential for high levels of success” in their field. An award, we’d like to think, that is reserved for especially awesome students.
When not geeking out over art and architecture, Sarah loves travel and adventure. She’s also an accomplished painter. In fact, if you drive around Sarah’s hometown, you’ll be sure to find a few of her murals around.
